2. Our contract with you
When you place a purchase order with Appliance Spares R Us you are offering to buy the product(s) from our suppliers. Once the purchase is complete. they will send you an order acknowledgement. However, your order shall only be accepted by them once they receive the order, and verify stock availability. Only then shall a legally binding contract be formed between you and them. Until then they can decline to supply the goods – they will try to ensure that this never happens but they do however, reserve the right not to fulfil your order for any reason if, for example, there has been an error on the price, or their website has not been updated. Or similar or they simply can’t get hold of the item you need. In the event of these circumstances they will refund you any price you’ve paid to them. To avoid this, it would help if you check for availability.
3. The copyright in the photos, videos, data and text used on our website belongs to us. Or our suppliers and the general look and feel and format of our website belongs to us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our suppliers.
4. We are entitled to change or amend our website without giving you notice (but the terms and conditions applicable when you placed your order will continue to apply to those products).

Our suppliers prices displayed may include/exclude delivery unless stated specifically on the website.
6. Delivery
We deliver to Postcodes in the north west of England, and mainland UK. By Royal mail and Parcelforce. However, from time to time we may also need to use other delivery agents.
All delivery details are set out clearly on the item description and the checkout page before you place your order with our suppliers.
7. Additional Services
Any additional charges are set out before you purchase your product.
8. Our liability to you
You agree that we have stated all electrical parts should be fitted by a qualified competent person. And that we will not be held responsible for any accidents, damage or death that may arise due to wrongly fitted electrical spares.
