Where to locate a model number
Washing Machines & Dryers
Look inside the door rim, around the hinge, or on the kick-strip panel at the bottom front of the machine or on the back of the appliance see our Find Your Appliance Model Number page
Ovens & Cookers
Check the frame inside the oven door, around the edge of the door glass, or on the side panels or the back of the appliance. see our Find Your Appliance Model Number page
Dishwashers
Most dishwasher model numbers are printed or laser-etched directly onto the top or side edge of the inner stainless steel door. If it is worn you may find it on the back of the appliance see our Find Your Appliance Model Number page
Cooker Hoods
Remove the filters and look inside to the right or left inside the hood, you should see a sticker with the model number and serial number.
On some hoods the sticker is on the back inside after removing the filters. If you need help get in touch. see our Find Your Appliance Model Number page
Fridges & Freezers
In a fridge the model number is usually under the bottom drawers on the side of the appliance, on some models like Samsung it is on the left hand side of the fridge.
For Freezers, look on the right or left of the appliance you should see the sticker If you have any problems finding the model number, get in touch we may be able to assist you. see our Find Your Appliance Model Number page
